Head Coach Carla Tagliente has been at the helm of the Tigers since 2017. Prior to her arrival at Princeton, Tagliente was the head coach at American University, where she led the Eagles to three NCAA tournament appearances. She also has experience as an assistant coach at Duke and the University of Maryland, two perennial powerhouses in women's field hockey.

Tagliente is joined by assistant coaches Andy Cook and Maddie Bacskai. Cook has been with the program since 2006 and has helped lead the Tigers to four national championships. Bacskai, a former Princeton player, returned to her alma mater in 2018 after serving as an assistant coach at Dartmouth.
